펭귄보드(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 펭귄보드 웹 서비스 및 Chrome 확장 프로그램에 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

서비스는 다음 정보를 수집합니다:

• 회원가입 시: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화 저장)
• 서비스 이용 시: 판매 플랫폼(무신사, 29CM, W컨셉, 카페24) 어드민 페이지에서 수집되는 상품 정보, 주문 데이터, 정산 데이터

수집하지 않는 정보: 판매 플랫폼의 로그인 정보(아이디/비밀번호), 신용카드 정보, 주민등록번호 등 민감정보는 일체 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 멀티 플랫폼 판매 데이터 통합 대시보드 제공
• 가격 모니터링 및 변동 알림 서비스
• 매출 분석 및 리포트 생성
• 서비스 개선 및 기술 지원

3. Chrome 확장 프로그램의 데이터 처리

Chrome 확장 프로그램은 다음과 같이 동작합니다:

• 이미 로그인된 판매 플랫폼 어드민 페이지에서만 데이터를 읽습니다
• 세션 쿠키는 브라우저 내에서 세션 상태 확인 용도로만 사용되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다
• 수집된 판매 데이터는 HTTPS를 통해 암호화 전송됩니다
• 원격 코드를 로드하거나 실행하지 않습니다. 모든 코드는 빌드 시 번들링됩니다

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

이용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 의한 요청이 있는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

6. 개인정보의 파기

보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

Penguinboard ("Service") values the privacy of its users and complies with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy applies to the Penguinboard web service and Chrome extension.

1. Information We Collect

• Account registration: Email address, password (encrypted)
• During use: Product, order, and settlement data from seller platform admin pages (Musinsa, 29CM, W Concept, Cafe24)

We do NOT collect: Platform login credentials (username/password), credit card information, or any other sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide a unified multi-platform sales dashboard
• Price monitoring and change notifications
• Sales analytics and report generation
• Service improvement and technical support

3. Chrome Extension Data Handling

• The extension only reads data from seller platform admin pages where you are already logged in
• Session cookies are used locally in the browser to check session status and are never transmitted to external servers
• Collected sales data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption
• No remote code is loaded or executed — all code is bundled at build time

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is promptly destroyed.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also request cessation of data processing by deleting your account.
